Adrian is the founder of PrairieStone Legacy Partners LLC, a company built on the principles of strategic real estate investment, sustainability, and meaningful collaboration. With a strong background in service management, business operations, and process optimization, Adrian understands that lasting success is built through teamwork, trust, and shared vision.

As an experienced Technology Service Manager, Adrian has led high-performing teams of systems engineers and administrators, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Applying LEAN methodologies and an ISO:9001 Quality Management System framework, Adrian ensures that every initiative—whether in technology, business, or real estate—is driven by efficiency, adaptability, and long-term value creation.
